We start by clearly understanding the clients motivation, Why are they in Business? Why this Business? What generates their energy? What gets them out of bed in the morning? and their passion to drive and develop the business, we then identify exactly what the business owners goals are and work to their targets and agenda (bringing our own recommendations and advice as appropriate). We document the agreed actions and develop a step by step plan that is the working document used to develop the business.

Regular meetings are held to ensure that progress is being achieved and we communicate with and encourage the client in the time we are not together. We use various forms of communicating including video, Skype and email.

One element that we develop is the collation of management information, we work with the client to understand the key measures in their business and devise systems to collect and understand the business performance, this helps to ensure we can understand the current performance of the business and identify, establish and measure short, medium and long term goals. This applies to the financial management of the business as well as the day to day activities.
