During 30 years with a multi-national Bank, I have built up a wealth of experience backed up with professional qualifications in Business and Management. The majority of my time has been spent working with business customers ranging from sole traders to multi million pound turnover companies across the Midlands area. I have led large teams and had responsibility for key businesses.

Having worked with business customers on a business and personal level I have been able to provide them a single point of contact for all their needs, providing advice on business growth, personal development and developing staff, this is an area that I particularly enjoy and for which I have received consistent recognition.

I have strong skills and experience in training and development. I am a confident and assured presenter to groups and individuals. I enjoy delivering development workshops and coaching and setting high standards and objectives.  I have established a reputation for being a quality business coach and mentor who delivers results effectively and quickly.
